    Last year, when depression cast a dark shadow over me, I felt lost and incapable. I set goals but I couldn't make it until I came upon Habitomic . It helped me consider a routine so when I woke up every day, I began my day with doing a teeny-tiny thing: I drew the curtains, opened the windows and let the fresh air in. Then I did some stretches and took shower. Sooner that I thought I started to feel better and I still keep this routine to avoid mental disturbance.
